The challenge

RVU, who owns big brands like uSwitch and Money, is no stranger to running large websites with lots of informative content. Its latest website, BroadbandDeals.com, aims to make broadband uncomplicated and easy to understand. In a world of FTTP, ISPs and ADSL – making broadband make sense to everyone was the mission. RVU needed website copy that complimented the site’s vision but also performed well on search engines.

What we did

Headlines worked with the editorial team at RVU to understand the audience, tone of voice, SEO objectives and the overall comms objectives of BroadbandDeals.com. Headlines’ team of writers dove deep into the technical world of broadband, unpicking the technical terms and jargon so that BroadbandDeals.com readers can easily and quickly find the information that they’re looking for … all the while making sure the content stood up to the latest SEO best practices. In total, the team created more than 80 pages of informative, SEO-optimised content that we’re really proud of.
