Based: MK12

Hours: 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday

Salary: 19-23k

Help us keep our office, people and projects running smoothly

We are looking for an ambitious, talented, self-starter who is keen to join a well-established content and communications agency in Milton Keynes, with clients including Amazon, Dixons Carphone, Nike and Shell.

This role is two-fold, and involves:

1- Office management

Keeping our office environment running smoothly, making it safe and welcoming for our people.

Duties include:

  • Managing the stock level for all consumables

  • Being the key contact for IT support

  • Manage office service providers

  • Monitor and flag any issues related to the office environment and wellbeing of staff    

  • Leading on staff social events and activities outside of the working day

2 - Client support and liaison

Work closely with the managing directors and creative teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of all client work.

Duties include:

  • Produce quotations, client schedules, invoice jobs, raise supplier purchase orders and liaise with internal teams on all aspects of project delivery

  • Manage your assigned portfolio of client projects as the direct liaison and first point of contact

  • Find and manage the best suppliers for projects by obtaining competitive quotes

  • Schedule projects on our workflow system, update figure sheet and invoice projects delivered  

  • Chair weekly production meetings

  • Become a super user on our workflow system, providing support as first point of contact and training new joiners

  • Assist in keeping the figure sheet up to date and accurate 

  • Book suppliers such as proof readers and photographers as required

  • Support with the coordination and delivery of tenders and new business pitches
