The Headlines team masterminded and executed the D&I comms plan across the business, designed the global D&I visual identity, created an animation to launch the campaign and raised awareness, using tool kits for managers and a phased messaging programme covering strategic and country-based D&I initiatives. Such was the success, that Headlines was further commissioned to provide strategic input and support for the next phase.
