Client: Nationwide Building Society.

Audience: 100 employees from across the organisation.

Challenge: To engage members of the workforce in shaping the brand and refreshing the society’s values.

Solution: A major two-day event led by our partners, Talking Your Language, using an active ‘World Café’ format which encourages people to share their experiences, ideas and views in an informal setting. The delegates completed
a number of different exercises designed to deliver
a representative view of Nationwide employees on what the brand should stand for and how the PRIDE values could support the brand.

Outcome: In a post-event survey, 98% of respondents agreed or strongly agreed that the event was a good way of involving them in shaping the brand.

Client: RSA Group

Audience: 120 senior business leaders from across the group.

Challenge: RSA’s Group CEO hosts a global leadership conference twice a year to bring his top team together. In turbulent market conditions, the recent conference content needed to combine strong commercial gravitas with an innovative approach that both challenged and engaged this demanding audience.

Solution: As part of the programme, our partners, Talking Your Language, ran a series of sessions entitled ‘Sharing What is Great’. 10 interactive stands allowed delegates to learn about successful projects from across the business. Delegates chose to attend any one of these stands during six
20-minute slots. Allowing an element of personal choice ensured that learning was relevant, fun and energetic.

Outcome: One delegate said: “Universally professional, well presented, innovative and enlightening.”
