Security awareness campaign

An issue common to many companies – how can we remind our employees to be more security-conscious at work? We produced  a set of nine bold posters, each highlighting a different security issue. Strong, white graphics illustrate the topics, with vibrant colours and simple wording reinforcing the messages.

The One launch

A launch campaign was devised to create a buzz around the first edition of The One – a newspaper that goes to 290,000 Tesco employees in the UK and Ireland. With a catchline that asked ‘Are YOU the one?’ (who could win £500), more unusual items were produced – such as mirror vinyls, ceiling banners and vinyl footprints, which made best use of limited space and gained maximum engagement with unexpected placement, alongside posters and postcards.

To recognise its global success, Tesco commissioned a stylish ‘coffee table’ book, depicting views from Tesco stores in various locations around the world. The book also has a narrative describing the company’s operations in 14 markets across the globe, employing a total of 500,000 people in a network of more than 5,000 stores.

Good Together campaign

Good Together is Whitbread's corporate responsibility programme. To launch Good Together, a suite of communications materials was produced to inform, interest and engage employees. This included a family of ‘green’ characters, pledge-trees for Whitbread restaurants and Costa stores with leaf-shaped notes for team members to record their pledges and a four-page newsletter. A specially-designed flipbook training presenter was used as a framework for workshops.

HR identity and collateral

A vibrant and fun identity was developed for NorthgateArinso’s internal HR function – bringing to life the theme ‘One Company, One World, One Vision’. The collateral needed to be innovative in order to engage a diverse workforce in 35 countries. To make everyone feel part of the company, a set of characters was created to communicate key internal HR messages. Items produced to date include an interactive e-learning PDF, an employee survey communications campaign consisting of a poster, email header and fun deskdrop, plus a US benefits poster.
