Neil joins Headlines after completing a Research Fellowship at Nuffield College, Oxford, and prior to this edited the UK’s biggest consumer magazine, Which?. Neil’s career has also seen him as Chief Executive and Publisher of leading Canadian daily, The Toronto Sun plus Editor of four major UK daily papers.
